One thing I have actually noticed is always that there are plenty of misguided beliefs regarding the banking institutions intentions any time talking about property foreclosures. One fairy tale in particular is always that the bank wishes to have your house. The financial institution wants your money, not the house. They want the funds they loaned you together with interest.
